An acclaimed saxophonist and composer Thabani Gapara has crafted Dzindza – which means “Roots” in his mother tongue Shona – as a tribute to his cultural roots. Each original composition on the album tells a story, reflecting Gapara’s deep connection to his heritage while showcasing his talent for merging the old with the new.
