A new live show taking the timeless sound of PollyHill and Samara Alofa’s sonic collaboration AQUARIES into fresh atmospheres.
After a two-year orbit, PollyHill and Samara Alofa offer their long-awaited sonic collaboration AQUARIES back into the collective ether, with reimagined remixes by local legends including Mokotron, Caru, Amamelia, and a new live show taking the timeless sound into fresh atmospheres.
The new show will take shape as a curated experience with the pair playing out the album and the remixes, moving from insular head bopping to extraterrestrial dancefloor pulsation.
Focussed on sonic world building with the extended AQUARIES project, PollyHill and Samara Alofa maintain a timeless soundscape; an otherworldly odyssey fusing minimal electronica, trip hop, and alternative R&B, on collision course with the club, grime, and jungle remixes. The pair have supported Kae Tempest, Arlo Parks and Kamal Williams.
