From Amapiano to Hip Hop to UK bass to techno – this gig is all about full-glam, full-dance, full-noise to send the Festival off!
With support from Fam.
From Amapiano to Hip Hop, South African-born dynamic rapper Jujulipps has been captivating fans with their feverish flow and bold live show, featuring iconic 2021 bop Hilary Banks.
As bold on the stage as she is in her recorded music, outfitting her shows in full-glam with dance, visuals and costume. And she wants you to DANCE!
Joining them is INFORDIN whose explosive club performances include techno, world, garage, juke, and wider UK bass. Having first turned heads in 2022 with a string of explosive local club performances in Ōtautahi and opening for the likes of Interplanetary Criminal and Main Phase – INFORDIN (Ngāti Raukawa, Tūhoe) sees no reason to slow down – curating club nights for FoodCourt and constantly on the hunt for only the hardest rhythms and grooves from the realms of techno, club, world, garage, juke, and wider UK bass. Rave goers can expect eclectic sonics with an emphasis on NRG. If INFORDIN‘s sets are a call, your movement is the response.
Originally from London, George AKA Fam was educated by the city’s labels and selectors, from Brownswood to Swamp81. Now based in Te Waiharakeke Blenheim, Fam curates dance floors in non-traditional venues, holding space for all movers and steppers.
