Sneak Peek into our 2024 Programme
We’re thrilled to continue our birthday celebrations with the announcement of five sensational events – well ahead of our full programme launch which is still a few weeks away (trust us, we cannot wait either!).
Homai te paki paki, drum roll, please:
We are delighted to announce the return of festival favourites Rutene Spooner, Tami Neilson, Bob Bickerton and Ariana Tikao, as well the exceptional Aoteroa production of Prima Facie (based on the bestselling novel by Suzie Miller, this stage adaption has already wowed audiences around the world), and two incredibly talented young classical musicians, Yeyeong Jenny Jin and Jeonghwan Kim in The Young Virtuosi.
The Young Virtuosi tickets are already available via the NCMA and Chamber Music NZ.
All other tickets will go live on Friday 30 August, alongside our full programme.
Except for The Young Virtuosi which is presented by our friends at Chamber Music New Zealand, all of these events will be Pay What You Can (PWYC) ticketing again this year – shout out to our Kārearea Partners NBS for continuing support our efforts to make our festival events more accessible to more of our community!
Take a look at these amazing events (all linked above for you), set an alarm for the tickets going live on 30 August, and get excited for springtime arts festival goodness, arts lovers!
